The $50 AISA 2024 Registration Fee Deposit is non-refundable! The remaining $200 of your registration will be refunded if cancellation is made before August 24, 2024. Any cancellations made after August 24, 2024 will not be eligible for a registration fee refund.

If choosing to cancel your AISA 2024 Hotel booking, the $300 deposit($100 per city) is non-refundable. The remaining balance of your hotel booking will be refunded as follows:

Any hotel cancellations made before August 24, 2024 will receive a full refund, excluding deposit.

Any hotel cancellations made after August 24, 2024 and before October 24, 2024 will receive a 50% refund, excluding deposit.

Any cancellations made after October 24, 2024 will not be ineligible for a refund.

Hotel Fees:

A mandatory hotel-imposed fee of $10.21 USD per room will be charged and collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out. This fee is not included in your package price and is subject to change.

Flight Travel Insurance

We’ll be offering our flight packages on March 1, 2024. Whether you purchase your flight through AISA 2024 or purchase your flight on your own, we strongly suggest your purchase travel insurance to protect your flight. RCM Travel will have flight protection options for you to purchase when we offer our flight packages on March 1, 2024.
